Shipping Options and Costs
Most orders in by 3:00pm(CST) usually ship the same day or next business day. The flat rate charge for Ground Shipping on most our products can be found here. The minimum shipping charge per order is $6.00 for the Contiguous 48 states.
For the 48 contiguous United States, we offer a variety of shipping options: Ground, 3 Day, 2 Day Air, 1 Day Air, and Saturday Delivery. Please call us at 1-847-519-1201 for expedited delivery services.
Currently our online shopping cart software does not calculate and add shipping charges to your order. The order confirmation email sent out to you from online ordering system does not include shipping charges and (taxes if any). The appropriate shipping charges are added manually by us depending upon the weight, volume and destination of your order. For accurate shipping quote or questions please contact us by phone or email. We currently use UPS as our main carrier. US Mail options are used for PO Boxes, and APO/FPO orders. Express Mail is available on many electronics items (excluding overweight items).
Shipping costs are based on weight, volume, destination zip code and number of items we can pack in each box for your order. There is a minimum charge per order of $6.00 for Ground Shipping to the 48 Contiguous States. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders are offered the choices of 2 Day Air or 1 Day Air. Canadian orders are offered the choices of Standard or Rush shipping. Post Office Box address orders are shipped via Parcel Post Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Mail. Orders to U.S. APO/FPO, Guam, Marshall Islands, Saipan, and other U.S. territories are shipped via USPS Surface Mail or Priority Mail. Some overweight or oversized items may not be available for shipment outside the 48 contiguous U.S. or to Post Office Boxes.
UPS/FeDex does not deliver to PO BOX address. UPS, FEDEX deliveries are to your door. Large packages, Appliances or TVs 37" and over ship by freight trucking companies and deliveries are to curb side.
The shipping charge includes insurance for full value of merchandise against loss or damage. Import duties, customs duty, VAT taxes, brokerage and clearance fees is the responsibility of a buyer. The domestic flat rate shipping charges shown are based on using UPS standard ground service to any destination point within 48 United States.
Orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receiving your order. International orders or APO/FPO orders may take longer. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone, e-mail or mail. If the delay is due to backorder or item is not available, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order.
Important Shipping Information:
- Some heavy and oversize items like TVs and large appliances are shipped via a freight company; they will arrive at your curbside within 5-10 business days after leaving our warehouse.
- The freight company will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery date and time; we recommend that you have help available upon arrival.
- Before signing for delivery, inspect the package for any potential damage that may have occurred while in transit. It's normal for the packaging to show some wear; however, if there is extensive visible damage, refuse delivery of the order and contact us immediately by calling 1-847-519-1201.
- You have 24 hours to report any damage or missing items you discover after you have signed for and accepted delivery. The freight company will not accept any responsibility after 24 hours of delivery.
- Any item not received by you within 3 weeks after placing the order is considered late and must be reported to us immediately for us to track the package and or to file a loss calim and to send out a replacement to you. Any claim for non-receipt of an item after 3 weeks must be made directly with shipping carrier. We will not be held responsible if there is no error on our part
- Please note that any other items ordered together with televisions or large appliances may ship in separate boxes and/or via different carriers and may arrive on different days.
Once we receive the order we will contact you via email and advise you of the shipping options and cost. After your approval the order will be processed and your credit card will be charged.
Please note that we are not responsible for duties and GST. You are advised to consult your local government import office if you have questions. Import duties, customs duty, VAT taxes, brokerage and clearance fees is the responsibility of a buyer or receiver
We only collect sales tax on orders being shipped to an address within Illinois State. Current sales tax is calculated @9.00%. There is no tax collected for orders shipped outside of Illinois State.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
Money orders, Cashier's checks and Certified checks in U.S. Currency. If you would like to order from us and pay by Check or Money Order, click here to print out an order form.
We accept personal checks but orders are normally shipped after checks are cleared in our account.

Credit Card Orders
Every single order placed by Credit Card Payment is carefully processed. We always verify Credit Card Holder's billing address and phone number with Card Issuing Bank to protect you and us against any unlawful credit card transaction over the internet. We do not charge your credit card for backordered items and in most cases until the product ships
Shipments tracking numbers are emailed once orders are shipped. You may also obtain tracking numbers by calling us at 1-847-519-1201. The tracking numbers are usually available after 24 hours of placing an order. Tracking numbers for orders placed in the weekend or holidays are generally available at the end of the following business day.
Return Exchange Policy
Most product is guaranteed for 1 year parts and 90 days labor by the manufacturer (unless specifically stated otherwise). The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set forth. On most items except cellular phones and televisions, we offer an exclusive 30-day exchange/refund policy. The items that have been installed, scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase except TVs and cellular phones, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days, subject to a return authorization from us. (Cellular phones No refunds -14 days exchange only, TVs No refunds - 90 days repair warranty only). Returns may be subject to 10% restocking fee, depending on the condition of goods and packaging material. If the item is returned in "new" condition with all packaging intact, there is usually no restocking fee. Cameras and camcorders (open box) subject to 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Special order items may not be returnable.
To return or exchange a product, please call Customer Service at 1-847-519-1201 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA # does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Pack the product's factory box into a shipping box with packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA # issued
by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton, not on the product package.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured." Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. Exchanges, replacements or refunds are initiated only after receiving of returned merchandise. Credits will be issued after our warehouse receives, inspects, and processes your return. Shipping charges are not refundable and do not covered by manufacturer's warranty.

Price Match Policy
If you have found a lower price from another authorized retailer, we will do our best to meet or beat any authorized competitors' price (on the same unit with proof of advertised price at the time of ordering).
