Region Free DVD Recorders - Records in PAL or NTSC
Most of our region free DVD recorders are PAL/NTSC 110/220 volts for worldwide use and play all 6 region DVD's. Some DVD recorders (except built-in video converter models like Lite-on brand) require a compatible TV or external PAL-NTSC video converter.
