CDM-630 Digital Video Format Converter

Offers broadcast quality with the flexibility of being portable and compact
Portable and compact NTSC / PAL/SECAM digital converter allows you to convert any video systems into any other video system allowing to use your PAL TV/VIDEO equipment in a NTSC country and NTSC TV/VIDEO equipment in a PAL country. For example you can use your American NTSC format television or camcorder in other countries where PAL format is used and vice versa.

The unit will automatically send out a color bar picture when there is no video signal present on the input
