Sony DCR-HC38E PAL System Mini DV Camcorder
This ultra compact Handycam offers a simpler shooting solution in a palm-sized, feature packed unit. With the quality and benefits you'd expect from Sony, the DCRHC38e is designed to meet users' demands for easier shooting with a smaller camcorder.
The DCRHC38e employs a host of convenient features, including a 2.5" Touch-Screen LCD for easy navigation of settings, a massive 40x Optical Zoom, as well as an additional start/stop record and zoom button on the LCD frame to catch all those low-angle and self-recording shots.
Enjoy spectacular battery life with the new Sony Actiforce H series Battery System. The supplied NPFH30 gives you 110 minutes of continuous recording time, while using the optional battery NPFH100 boosts this to over 14 hours! Charging time is also cut by 25% when using the optional Super Quick Charger. (ACVQH10)
As part of the Sony Handycam range, the DCRHC38e also includes a Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar Lens that captures true-to-life images in high resolution and contrast, with outstanding colour reproduction.
