Converts American two or three prong plug or European two prong ungrounded plug to European Schuko Grounded Plug

Input: 2-Pin Schuko Grounded plug (male)

Output: 3-Pin American Receptacle (female). Also accepts 2 prong ungrounded American plug or two round prong European plug.
