Yamaha RXV359 Receiver 220 Volts - Silver Features: 5-Band Centre Channel EQ Conveniently match the tonal quality of your centre channel to the rest of the system. 2 Component Video Inputs and Outputs The frequency response of the component video signal is 5Hz-60Mhz, offering higher picture quality and HDTV compatibility. The RXV357 allows you to connect two different components for a choice of high quality video sources. Silent Cinema Yamaha has added HRTF and "Virtual" technology to create a realistic surround movie effect using standard, two-channel headphones. Night Listening Mode Enjoy explosions, music and sound effects without disturbing others. In this mode, sound effects will not overpower dialogue with sudden increases in volume levels. DVD-Audio / Super Audio CD Ready The RXV359's rear panel has input jacks to accommodate an external decoder, making the receiver ready for any other 5.1 channel format, including DVD-Audio and SACD. Analog Mixdown Analog Mixdown allows you to enjoy 5.1-channel sound from only four speakers - two front and two surround. The centre channel and subwoofer frequencies are mixed into the two front channels. 40-station Direct Access Preset Tuning Up to 40 Preset AM and FM stations can be programmed (8 stations x 5 groups). These groupings make it easy for family members to access their favourite stations or to have musical genres, such as all jazz stations, grouped together. Speaker A/B Switching For convenience and versatility, the receiver can switch back and forth between two sets of speakers at the touch of a button. Binding Post Terminals Yamaha's heavy-duty binding post speaker terminals accept a wide variety of connections, including banana plugs, spade connectors, and heavy-gauge cable.
